This week (15th-21st May 2023) is Mental Health Awareness Week. The theme this year is anxiety – something that resonates with so many of us in the baby loss community, particularly those experiencing pregnancy after loss.
One of our wonderful senior counsellors, Jaqui has shared some insights and suggestions to help you if you are experiencing pregnancy after loss.
