I feel very fortunate to work for Petals as a Counselling Coordinator – it is amazing to be a part of the dedicated team who are all focused on achieving the vision of timely access to specialist counselling support for individuals and couples who have experienced baby loss.
My role involves being the first point of contact at Petals for our clients and assisting them through the journey from referral through to allocation to a counsellor. I am also involved with data reporting for our partnerships.
