In need of help right now?
If you feel you need additional support at any time, we would encourage you to contact your GP during office hours, or if you need urgent support contact 111 or if you live in Scotland, Breathing Space on 0800 83 85 87, which is part of NHS 24.
If you are at risk of hurting yourself or someone else, consider seeking support by atteding your local A&E or contacting the Emergency Services on 999 (if you urgently need to take action).
