Restorative Yoga (1 hour)
A FRAME and Petals collaboration, we bring you a session of restorative yoga to give you time to rest & reset during the heaviness of Christmas.
What to expect:
- Gentle movement and simple breathwork
- Deep rest and relaxation (plenty of lying down!)
- A safe space to simply be, without distraction or obligation
You don’t need any previous yoga experience – just bring yourself, wear something comfy, and have a blanket and a couple of pillows nearby.
This isn’t about exercise or pushing yourself; it’s about giving your body and mind the care they deserve.
Why join?
When was the last time you truly felt rested? If you can’t remember, this class is for you. It’s a chance to reconnect with yourself, release tension, and find a little light in what can be a difficult time of year.
About your instructor
As a teacher of restorative yoga, vinyasa yoga, and yoga nidra, therapeutic practitioner, consultant and a carer, Lou Henry knows a thing or two about rest. She regularly guides folk through restful practices at East London studios, and has worked with brands, charities and festivals supporting people to catch their breath, settle their nervous systems, manage burnout and slow down. She’s also a daft, chatty Geordie, with a healthy dose of reality and light heartedness rooted into wellness.
