We are able to deliver our specialist counselling to bereaved parents who have received their care at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire.
The terms of this partnership state that we are able to provide funded counselling sessions to parents who have experienced any of the below within the last year:
- Second Trimester Miscarriage (over 20 weeks)
- Termination for Medical Reasons (TFMR)
- Stillbirth
- Neonatal Loss
Your referral must come from a healthcare professional involved in your care. If you fit the above criteria, please ask the professional referring you to complete this referral form.
If your loss does not come under any of the above, please still complete our request for counselling form. Our counselling coordinator will always respond to you and signpost you to other services that may be able to offer you support.
