Lister Hospital

Petals is pleased to be working in partnership with Lister Hospital, East & North Hertfordshire NHS Trust to provide specialist counselling support to bereaved parents who received their care at the Lister Hospital.

The terms of this partnership state that we are able to provide funded counselling sessions to parents who have a received their care at the Lister Hospital and who have experienced any of the below within the last year:

• Early miscarriage (including molar and ectopic pregnancy)
• Recurrent miscarriage
• Second Trimester Loss
• Termination for Medical Reasons (TFMR)
• Stillbirth
• Neonatal Loss
• Pregnancy After Loss 

Your referral must come from a healthcare professional involved in your care. If you fit the above criteria, please ask the professional referring you to complete this referral form. 

If your loss does not come under any of the above, please still complete our request for counselling form. Our counselling coordinator will always respond to you and signpost you to other services that may be able to offer you support.
